Self Care Routine and Stress Management Tips

In this video I share my self care routine and all my top stress management tips. One of the most important parts of making sure you put your best foot forward in forward in school, is making sure that you set apart time for self care.

My self care routine involves my favorite self care staples: meal prep, meditation, and journaling. These are days when I take time out to self reflect, and also pamper myself.
