What my Content will Accomplish
My content will help you identify the major issues and point you in the right direction. However, because it is geared to a large audience, it is very generalized. When it comes to transformation of your attitudes, mindset, and patterns of behavior, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Each person’s journey is unique and requires personalized guidance and support. That’s where coaching comes in.
Benefits of 1:1 Coaching
With 1:1 coaching, you will also have the opportunity to share your particular background and experiences with me.
This allows me to create a customized plan tailored to your particular journey. We will work together to identify any roadblocks or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential. Through targeted journal exercises, thought experiments, and discussions, we will develop actionable steps to implement to achieve your goals.
Another benefit of coaching is the accountability and support system it provides. As a coach, I am there for you every step of the way, providing motivation and encouragement on your journey. It can be easy to get discouraged or lose momentum on your own, but with a coach, you have someone who is invested in your success and will help keep you on track.
Coaching can also provide a fresh perspective and new ideas. Sometimes, we get stuck in our ways of thinking or feel overwhelmed by our thoughts. As a coach, I am there to listen and offer guidance and alternative perspectives that can open up new possibilities and solutions. I am also there to challenge your underlying assumptions and help you identify potentially harmful thought patterns behind the things you say.
What Coaching is NOT
Coaching is not about simply giving advice or telling you what to do. It is a collaborative process where we work together as partners towards your personal growth and success.
In order to reap the benefits, you will have to take an active role in your own journey. Unlike consuming my content, coaching enables you to see real and tangible changes by putting you in an active role.

In my experience, the best teachers are the ones who learn a lot of lessons through experience.
When I was studying for the LSAT, my first tutor got a 179 [one point less than a perfect score] the first time he took the practice test. On test day, he got the same score with minimal study.
My next LSAT instructor was a woman who got a 159 the first time she took a practice test—but after studying and teaching herself the fundamentals, she scored a 179 on the real thing.
Who do you think was the better teacher? The one who could walk me through the material, and teach me based on how she’d learned and taught herself. My first tutor was a smart person, but a bad teacher because he never had to wrestle with the material.
As your coach, I will bring my own experience and knowledge to the table. I have dealt with my own challenges, and I have learned how to overcome them. I understand what it takes to become the woman of your dreams before even thinking about being the woman of his dreams.
I am continuously learning, reading, and growing, as well as working with two personal coaches of my own, so that I can provide you with up-to-date information and strategies.
