For the last few months, I have been on a quest to unbig this back.
Don’t get me wrong, I love my body and my proportions. God has been good to me, and I believe it is important to love the body you have even while you work towards the body you want.
That being said, I have been on a mission to find enjoyable and sustainable ways to increase my fitness level and maintain a healthier baseline.
I used to take a small crossbody bag, and it was fine at first…until I started to increase my distance. Even the most lightweight bag starts to wear on you after the third mile, especially in the sweltering Philly heat.
After some TikTok research, I decided that having a lightweight belt bag would be much more practical for my daily walks. I try to get at least 10,000 steps in daily, and I usually get it done in one go since I spend most of the day working at my desk.
Being able to strap this around my waist makes a huge difference. The weight feels like almost nothing, and I get to keep my hands free! It is super cute, so there is no compromising style, and it fits pretty much everything I need—even a small water flask.
